Was given wrong advice on product I…
Was given wrong advice on product I needed. When it came I contacted them for a refund authorization. Received notice that the product was returned on 12/20/2019 but still haven't received credit for returned product.

I got 3 off them and no even 1 work…
I got 3 off them and no even 1 work they toll me that they was going to replace, but they never send it.

Additionally, we do not have any records of you contacting us to indicate there was an issue with your order and that something needs replaced.

I can not use this wheelchair
I can not use this wheelchair. I told her I need to slide unto it...I can not because the wheel is too forward.
