I’m Ronald Goosman I bought a afiscooter 3 Jan 2020 When it was delivered it was damaged reported it to spInlife revived repair parts last Thursday as of today. I have made many calls all stated they would call back and no one ever called. I paid over $6000.00 For it and it seems no one cares. This has be going on for over a month. Also back in 2014 I bought a pride backback used it one time and a gear went out called spInlife and ordered the part pridE sent the part and SpInlife would not send the part until I paid $50.00 service call and today I have not received it. I do believe I will not use SpInlife services again. Ronald Goosman

Well once I ordered what was supposed to be wheels for my wheelchair which is what I paid for all I got was a pair of bycycle wheels and did not even have the rubber on them. I have returned them for a refund but so far have not seen a refund show up on my debit cards. I wanted to just apply my return toa wheel chair as it was just as cheap as buying the wheels. was told no in no uncertain words. Now I just want my refund.

Your White Glove Service was pathetic. The 2 delivery men could not read English & my husband had to instruct them for everything. What a waste of $235. They had never even seen an electric wheelchair. Let alone know how to put one together. My husband & I could have done it ourselves.

Can’t speak about the bike. It did not get here with in a week of the missed delivery date. The occasion for it passed so order was canceled.

Salesman advised chair is portable - but not that it has to break into 5 pieces to accomplish that! He suggested I avoid paying for assembly and it not only arrived in many many pieces, but with a requirement that an authorized tech had to assemble it to keep the warranty in place. He put the wrong name on the shipping label and the wrong number to call when it was arriving, so it was 2 weeks later than promised. I recently called with an issue (since been resolved by someone not affiliated with SpinLife) but no one ever called back to help. It is hard enough to be 90 without having to overcome the problems created by Spinlife.

my mother's Christmas present was all but late. I paid extra for expedited shipping and that was a total rip-off! The order statement the chair would be delivered well before Christmas. It was the shipping company Spin-Life uses, customer service is NOT this shipping company's concern. They're simply making money from other's misfortune.

Because you, Spin Life, had given an erroneous telephone number to the delivery company we were on hold for many days. I emailed the correct # but your people were still sending us an email telling us that the delivery could not be made because the delivery folks could not reach us but still listing the incorrect #. Your delivery system is very interesting. It seems that the merchandise is delivered to one delivery company and then sent to a 2nd company who is to contact the buyer. I (not your company) finally telephoned the first delivery company and got the phone Number of the other Company and called them.

Bought for lumbar support and comfort. Chair is disappointing. Not for intended use. Stuck with it as too expensive to return. Buyer beware. Lumbar feature is stiff and not comfortable.
