It took 3 weeks to get replacement batteries for the defective ones sent to me mid Dec. I made 32 phone calls most of which went to voice mail and all but 3 of them resulted in a return call. I will say that there was one 5 star rep from service dept ..Erick who truly put effort into resolving my issues and he did it with determination and a lot of effort on his part. He was also extremely knowledgable

unanswered emails and long waits for replacement warranty parts on wheelchair. Bad advice with backrest mount and then quoted 276 for the correct mounting hardware, the backrest was 480 so it's crazy to get a quote to fix a fitting error from their recommendations... Customer support is pretty poor, it took 8 weeks to replace a broken wheelchair leg and when it finally came it was for the wrong chair and didn't fit. I was going on vacation and had one leg support. Maybe they don't realize that people can't wait months for mobility solutions

If there were a zero, I would give it to you! Even your independent service company gives you "poor" marks. I will never do business with your company ever again. I gave you poor marks on Yelp, along with everyone else

They have excellent customer service if the issues are minor but quickly apparent that they don't care about their clients. On their own website it indicates that they will process your claim with your insurance, I paid for my chair then to discover that I won't be getting a reimbursement... here is a quote from their own webpage "....the process involves these simple steps: Step 1: SpinLife will collect the following information: Insurance Company Name Insured's Name and ID# or Subscriber# Group# Date of Birth (both the insured and the patient, if different) Insurance Company Member Services Phone # Insurance Company Claims Mailing Address Step 2: HIPAA Release Form. SpinLife will email, fax, or mail you a HIPAA Release Form, which gives your physician and your insurance carrier permission to release relevant medical information to SpinLife so that we can successfully submit your claim. Please respond to this form ASAP. Step 3: SpinLife will contact your insurance company to determine eligibility and coverage. Our billing specialists will then contact you with the details, including your total out-of-pocket cost. Step 4: You will need to send the prescription from your physician for all eligible equipment. This prescription must be received by SpinLife before your medical equipment is delivered. Step 5: After all information is received SpinLife will file your claim with your insurance carrier within 7 days. Step 6: Your insurance carrier will process your claim and generally reimburse you within 45-90 days."

NO PROBLEMS, WILL ORDER AGAIN WHEN NEEDED....I TRIED TOCHQLNGE THE STAR FROM ONE TO FIVE. COULD NOT SEEM TOO......IT SHOULD BE 5 STARS.....

I was kept on hold until the phone disconnect I was told someone would call me back from a recorded message I had to call for over a week before I actually got someone and I think if I didn't call make credit card to cancel the payment I probably wouldn't have talked to anyone still waiting on my refund I will never deal with this company again

not the same chair I purchased 2 years ago.Padding all different, back support all different. Not anywhere the same chair. The old chair was the best chair I ever owned. The new chair is the worst I ever bought.
