I purchased an Afiscooter from Spinlife a couple of months ago. The rear view mirror came loose right away. I have called over and over. The problem is a poor weld. Every time I call Brandon tells me he called Spinlife and the issue was resolved. Same comment every time. Now the tire pressure goes down by half and on one tire to zero every 2 weeks. I expect the same run around regarding this issue as well. Should I get my lawyer son involved? I so regret buying from this company. I meant to say Brandon states he called the Afiscooter representative. I now am in touch with a different Spinlife customer service employee whom I am confident will get my scooter issues resolved.

I ordered a cushion for my son wheelchair. I t was never shipped. They charged my paypal account anyway. After over two weeks they said the cushion was discontinued. They lied. I was able to have a local vendor ordered it from the company who makes it for more money. I am still waiting for my refund from Spinlife. They said they sent it to paypal. I hope so. I do not trust them. Do not buy from them! There customer service sucks.

Sent me a defective scooter. Guy I paid to assemble it took off the packing materials. You should not sell to disabled people and expect us to be able to act enabled. I have bought several scooters and will not buy more.

Did not have a problem with spin life. The ordering process and the customer service was great! Had a problem with the white glove delivery. The reason we ordered the red scooter was the blue would have taken too long and not been here by Christmas. The dealer missed the truck delivery the first attempt for the scooter so it was another day wait, then said he had personal thing to do and couldn't make it till Saturday after Christmas. So getting it for Christmas was out of the question. He never called that Saturday after Christmas. Several days passed and he made an appointment to deliver but a customer made him run late. We felt like we were not important. The dealer also told us that he could have given us a better deal if we had ordered direct from him. Very unprofessional. But love the scooter!!!

Cancelled first order b/c it took to long, second order has taken even longer.

I ordered a chair for my mom who is 101. When the chair arrived, in order for her to elevate her legs, the back of the chair also reclined. When I called spinlife I was told that I purchased a 3 position chair and needed a 4 position chair!!!! The first chair I purchased with white glove delivery cost about $1000.00 I had to purchase a new chair for $1688.00 so I thought I would owe the balance of $688.00???? Not true!!!!! I had to pay $1688 and was charged $700.00 to return the original chair??? Total cost $2488.00!!!!! A Disgrace!!! I would NOT recommend this company!!!!!!
