Sold me a mobility scooter and told me it was in stock. It was not in stock and wouldn't be in stock until end of February. This was not an online order. I called and specifically requested scooters in stock and ready to ship. Online this scooter was listed as in stock and ready to ship. They have no product but will take your money and time. Meanwhile a handicap person is stuck not mobilizing ANYWHERE.

If you read most of the recent reviews; the problems are all about shipping. Base on what I read and my experience, SpinLife does not have a warehouse to stock equipment. I called multiple times regarding a sit to stand medical device availability. The SpinLife rep said it was available and would ship in the next day or two. I ordered on Dec 27. I received an email that the equipment will ship Dec 31, not the next day or 2 as mentioned. The equipment did not ship to as promised. I called and SpinLife rep had to speak to manufacture. I thought the equipment was stored and available. The rep said the holidays and Covid caused staff shortages but equipment will ship Jan 7. On Jan 10, the equipment did not shipped. At 9:10 am I called again and SpinLife rep said she had to call manufacturer. At 12:30 pm, SpinLife rep calls back to say the manufacture is waiting for a part from the port and there’s no timeframe when the part will come. I decided to buy from SpinLife because they’re a A+ BBB member but I was wrong. They keep their rating because they will refund your money if there is a shipping problem and there is no complaint with the BBB. I’m upset because I needed this medical device and I’m without it. I also got upset when SpinLife sent me the refund email and stated the reason for the refund is at my request which is BS because I canceled because SpinLife did not provide the equipment as promised. I ordered a similar medical device from Amazon on Jan 10 and was delivered Jan12.

This is a horrible company to buy from. I bought a Spitfire Pro SE 4W. I paid an extra $100 for an extended battery. I paid another $100 for an extended warranty. The battery went out after less than 2 years. I'm being told by Spinlife that they only last a year. And it's not covered by the warranty. So I'm out a total of $900 for a scooter that I barely used. Terrible company and terrible product. Don't believe the good reviews on their site nor their products.

I am in a rental wheelchair that I have to pay $125 per month until I get mine. I called and placed my order with Daryl on October 25th, and paid almost four thousand dollars for a chair. It couldn't have been a simpler transaction. I gave him the serial number from my old chair and he pulled up all the specs from tilite instantly. I said I needed the EXACT same chair, minus push handles. That's it! Made the purchase, and the money was taken that day. He said it would be about 20 days until I get it, no problem. I called on November 3rd to get any update, if one was available. He said let me look into and call you back. Zero return call back, so I emailed. Zero return email. I finally called and spoke to someone else today November 13th. Guess what I was told..... it hadn't even been ordered yet!!!!! So when I called on November 3rd he out and out lied to me about it being ordered. He knew right then it hadn't even been ordered, but said nothing. I now have no clue if my chair has even been ordered, and if so, when will I even see it? So I will end up having to pay another $125 for another month of rental on this chair. I am beside myself on the disgusting communication break down on their part, not to mention the lack of ordering my chair when they already took the almost $4k from my account, and then the straight lie about the status of it. UNBELIEVABLE.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My father waited over 4 months for a battery (which they charged him for 4 months ago). They now are claiming it was delivered when it was not. When I called customer service for help, they hung up on me. DO NOT waste your money on these crooks.

Ordered a mobility power chair from them and I said I needed it quick. They said they have one that they could send in a week. It has been a month, multiple phone calls and no return call. Talked with a manager and she said she would get back with me that day, she blew me off and did not call. Feel sorry for Numotion who just bought Spinlife. Poor business decision since they don't care about the customer.

Hello SpineLife, You have not responded to one of my multiple emails about the 2 bottles of vitamins that I ordered on May 18 and never received. Just give me a refund. I’ve been buying vitamins for decades from (what I thought) was a similar company. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you don’t have the vitamins in stock, you should not take the customer’s money!!

what started out great has turned into a nightmare. when i called spinlife for a mobility scooter i was told it was in stock and would ship in 3 to 5 days. when i didnt hear about it shipping i called the sales person and left a voice message and didnt get called back. i then called the next day and left a grumpy message then a few hrs later he called and told me it would ship that day. 2 hrs later i get an e mail that it might ship in 3 to 4 weeks. i called customer service and requested to talk to a manager. i was told they were all in a meeting but she would have someone call as soon as they were out of the meeting. that was 9 days ago. i e mailed their customer service 3 times now and have never gotten a answer even though they say they will respond within 24 hrs. this is either a totally scam company or they just dont care about the customer. all i care about is someone in this company calling me and explaining how something in stock cant be shipped for a month. and possibly actually being sorry.
