I did not receive the chair that was pictured at time of sale. Beware when doing business with SpinLife!! Follow up: I was sent a replacement chair by Feather Mobility. Again not the chair displayed by Spin Life when I made the purchase. Spin Life was displaying a chair no longer available from Feather Mobility. Spin Life was being deceptive, misleading or just stupid. Be careful when dealing with Spin Life and Feather Mobility as well.

Shipping date TBD -really! After I paid for 2 day shipping too!

No list of in stock and when I called today I was put on hold 4 times and sat on hold for 12 minutes or longer ger each time to be transferred all over before I was told that they have no clue if it in stock or eta on shipping.. I can promise if I don't get a better response by Thursday I will be canceling the order.

To Customer Service, Golden Technologies and Spin Life: I have purchased 5 Sleep Chair controls since I purchased my chair in 2016. I purchased 3 from Spin Life and 2 from Golden. They are so poorly designed that they have the same electrical problems. The wires within the cord have all broken and no longer operate the chair. I believe both companies should return my money for at least 5 of them. I recently had to order another one. This means I had to pay for another control, making 6 controls costing over $500.00. I have been extremely ill and need my chair to work. I spoke with someone with your company and they gave me a number to call. No one ever answered. So I am writing this. I don't like to write BAD reviews, but the poor design and wiring in controlers are USELESS and make the chair USELESS. Please consider my request. Thank you! I ordered the Cloud PR-515 MaxiComfort with Twilight recliner just over 2 years ago. I've had nothing but problems with the remote ever since I got it. I've had to get replacements 5 times now. To begin with, I had to wait 4 months to receive my chair. They kept making excuses why they couldn't ship it yet. I finally got it and about 6 months down the road my remote stopped working and I had to get someone to come to my apartment and get on their hands and knees with a flashlight looking through the back of the chair to see what was going on with the remote. It was really hard to get to, but they finally pulled it out and seen that the cord was thoroughly demolished by the rotors underneath the chair. So long story short, I've been through this 5 times now. I called the customer service today asking for a new chair because I'm tired of dealing with the same problem over and over, especially when it's not due to my own negligence. He basically told me I was sol and said there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he told me there wasn't one available and I would have to wait 24 to 48 hours. I asked him what he thought I should do in the meantime because I literally use my recliner to sleep in because of health conditions. The chair is stuck in the back position with the footrest up in the air. It took every bit of strength I had in me just to get out of my chair when the remote decided to stop. The representative told me all he could suggest is that I buy a new remote while I'm waiting, which is $200. I originally paid $2,200 for the chair and I'm not about to spend another $200 on a remote that's not due to my own fault. I am so sick and tired of this company and dealing with them. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I still have yet to hear from a supervisor. My landlord says that it's a fire hazard and suggested I report to the Better Business bureau. UPDATE: 3/26/2023 Spinlife sent out a technician to find the 'root cause' of this happening and supposedly they 'fixed the problem'. I've had the new remote for 2 weeks now, and already it has sliced right in half! I've lost track of the number of times this has happened and the company makes it look like the warranty is up and it's my problem now, even though it's been going on the entire time I've had the chair from the very beginning! Once again I have to call and deal with the company and wait for them to figure out what they will do for me if anything at all. It is not from my negligence that this is happening. Regardless if the warranty is up, they should be responsible to fix the root cause or replace the entire chair with a different model. I will make another update when I hear anything back from them. Meanwhile I sit here without a chair to sleep in.

I called and canceled the order in time because insurance company declined to pay. I was given cancellation number for canceling my order. Your equipment showed up at my house and left outside my door but I don’t want it. I want return label to send it back and I want my full refund back into my credit card.

They do not ship on time

Spin life will rip you off, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I went to buy a scooter for use around town and when we go on cruises. As I have bad mobility issues. First I was talked into buy a different model than I wanted saying it would be so much better. I even got the extended 3 year warranty and white glove service. Was told it would be shipped immediately as it was in stock. It took 2 months before getting it. Then it had a flat tire when arriving. Couldn’t be fixed. So they sent out another tire/wheel replacement. Then the charger quit. So they replaced it. Went to use it for my cruise and another tire was flat. Which I didn’t have time to wait for another replacement before our vacation. So I was forced to rent one. After spending 4k to buy this pos. I been fighting for over a year with them to replace with one I wanted to begin with or fix this. But they refuse to do anything. Customer service is a joke! And not to even talk about the manager Carla is a rude and total joke.
