Spent $25 having the saddle moved back 2", that helped,,,,,then spent 2 more hours moving it back another 7/8" for a total of 2 7/8" this also helped. Why not reimburse me for the $25 and my time and information Lee

The sales associate that called me back was flat rude. I was looking for a part #. He proceeds to tell me he needs the serial number they don't use part numbers. I only had the part number due to my last order through there competitor. He then got even more rude and refuses to help almost. He comes back with a quote of over $500. on a part I paid $125 18 months ago from monster scooter. Unfortunately there is not a lot of places I have found to order parts or scooters from. Apparently when you don't have competition you can hire the undesirable.

Box that it was Shipped in was damaged. When assembled it, it did not charge. After inspecting everything found the red wire was not connected in the battery. The charger instructions were not in English.

In reference to the review updated 3/23/23 (641753cd70b487e42e55e6e1) where SpinLife claims they refunded 100% of the purchase price for my now-deceased mother's scooter, this is a lie. I am her executor, and I have included screencaps of the credit card billing statements that show SpinLife kept $767.51 for their "Free trial". Edit: It appears the credit for $767.51 did finally go through. I appreciate your help.

My disabled husband has waited for his scooter!!! Delivered on Friday was just a seat!!! He called the representative where he stated there was two tracking numbers! But went into my account only shows the one tracking number!! He cannot leave the house!!! How dare you!! If it has not been shipped I will request a refund!!!

I accidentally ordered a heavy duty wheelchair because I had looked at it but instead I wanted the wheelchair rollator but by the time I realized what was happening in the checkout process it was to late I immediately ordered the rollator and called the next morning to explain what had happened they had no mercy on me whatsoever and still proceeded to ship it and charge me a $64 dollar restocking fee and extensive shipping fees all because the wrong item was ordered on accident I will never use or refer spinlife EVER. BUYER PLEASE PAY ATTENTION!!!

Scammers. Advertise free white glove service and refunds. Complete lies. You will wind up spending plenty sending an unwanted chair back to the company. Quick to cash a check and slow to refund. Do yourself a favor and deal with another outfit. Thanks for helping yourself $800 from the refund. Displeasure doing business with you. Update: reimbursed fully after six months. Too bad my mother died while waiting on the refund. Required nasty reviews to get anywhere attention. Serves as a warning to the elderly and disabled who may be living on a fixed income, as she was.
