After talking to guys at spider I am no where near to being happy despite previous review ......it would appear that although the router is connected I am still on my isp which is sky I have tried to go to several torrent sites and immediately had a sky message appear to say this site is blocked . It seem s my router doesn’t work at all . I find it partially frustrating to be unable to talk to the tech guys on telephone and only via there website on chat . If it’s not possible to sort out on phone maybe I could get to Washington to exchange the router for another one.

Also, we are now offering home visits to some areas in the UK so we will be sending out an engineer to fix it for you if your problem still persists. Great customer service, I had the poor chap from the help desk helping me spring my vpn router back to life for over an hour, they remained helpful and polite throughout. I now have the latest firmware and lightning speeds (only lost 2 mbps off my usual connection without vpn) I highly recommend this service
