We have done a full review on your case and I am sorry to say that you are just looking to do a bad review about us. 1- We have suggested that we help you sorting your issue with our service plus refunding a 100% including delivery fees and keep the router for free but however you just added a bad review. 2- We have just asked you to send the router back and we will issue a refund for all of your payment which includes the delivery fees we paid to send you the router using Tracked 24-hours service plus the return postage fees but instead of replying to the cancellation ticket you ignored and came here after to do a bad review.
