Great customer service and equipment. I had an issue with ordering the wrong sized lights and they contacted me the next day and had already sorted it out. The equipment works super well and is made out of durable and strong materials.

Excellent customer service from these guys. This is the 2nd system I’d bought and for whatever reason decided to buy the wrong fan, I noticed within the hour and contacted customer service, they put my order on hold until it could be arranged to swap out the fan. Once sorted my gear arrived 24hours later. Brilliant service thank you.

Great equipment and customer service!!! OUTSTANDING. I had a defected co2 sensor and 2 lights. Both issues where resolved within days, they send me replacements. They were very helpful and quick to answer. I can say nothing bad about spider farmer. affordable and great gear. And a more than satisfying customer service and warranty promise. Great thanks to Lychee, for his swift help! He literally saved my current round.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They failed to deliver my grow lights 3 weeks ago and are still refusing to refund me. They are offering a replacement and store credit. Why would I want to deal with a company that is this bad again? Demi from customer service is an absolute nightmare and needs to be fired . The company promised me a refund after 7 days and is now backtracking trying to offer me store credits and replacements. I’m from the UK, this isn’t the US with rubbish consumer laws. They have no choice to refund me and they absolutely will have to. No matter how much Demi try’s to weasel her way out of it. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

My fan stopped working after almost a full year, messaged them and made the video of the problem, and next week got a brand new one. Simple as.

Spider Farmers products are well made, efficient and reliable. I currently own an SF2000, SF1000, Electric Spray Bottle and their pH Meter. I reached out to customer service with a few questions and they responded quicky and professionaly. I highly recommend Spider Farmer.
