Your holiday return policy is…
Your holiday return policy is unacceptable. You should extend the curtesy of allowing people more time to make a holiday return as well the 14 day return might be acceptable when items weren’t back ordered and you had to wait 3 weeks for it to arrive. How can you return something within 14 days when you don’t even have the item to make that decision? Seriously one of the worst customer service experiences.
