I trust, trustpilot.com, I am glad I checked with you before placing an order with Spicyice. You only give them a 2.5-star rating. And the reviews I've read are negative. I will inquire with you about any future online orders I might be interested in before placing any future orders to any company.

The sizing and chain lengths listed for the online products are incorrect, and this dishonest business makes it ridiculously difficult to initiate an exchange. I wanted to simply exchange a chain I bought for a smaller size. Spicy ice does not provide a viable system for returning and exchanging items. If you’re even “approved” to return the item, you’re expected to pay for your own shipping label and return packaging, with a 14 day time limit to get the items back, upon which they must be “inspected” before you’re issued store credit on a NONREFUNDABLE gift card, and asked to place an entirely new order with new shipping costs and taxes. This is an absurd process in this day and age, especially for a website where you are obviously not able to view or try on the items prior to buying. The product itself looks similar to items I could buy on Amazon for a fifth of these prices, and not have to worry about a cumbersome returns process by a shady, dishonest seller. I will never buy another product from this business and I hope you don’t either.

The customer service is pathetic, They claim they have approved my return, and that they would provide RMA number, BUT nothing. No assurances that my return will be accepted for store credit. I'll not buy from them again.

I just want to say that this company won't stand behind their product, bought a bracelet from these people and after 1 month it started losing its gold color, and talk to their customer service and they totally ignore and never replace the item or neither gave me my money back, the worst customer service I encounter in my life
