Bought a lot of parts for my 2016 Ram and have had no issues. When I did contact them I received a response within 12 hours.

My shipment was lost in the mail, reached out to them and in less than 48 hours, I had a new tracking number and new product on the way. Kind of annoying they don’t have a contact phone number for customer support, but it is 2025

HORRIBLE COMPANY……God forbid you buy a wrong part…. They make it impossible, and I mean impossible, to return it. And even when you jump through their 9 million hoops they ghost you! The item was packaged so poorly the parts were falling out of the box when it finally arrived! Customer service is nonexistent hence no phone number! Do not give this company your hard earned money!!!!! F’s across the board!

Received all components of the kit

Product arrived unuseable from the box. Requested for a return and no responce. No pho e number provided, no way to contact anybody human for any questions. I would not recommend this company product due for poor quality and lack of service.

Sent wrong part then blamed me for the wrong SKU. Which I just ordered the part I needed for my specific Truck. so they messed up they don't have a call in to resolve so you get one email per twenty-four to 72 hours. First email was were working on it then they wanted to know what vehicle I had which is crap because they could see the invoice if they weren't so lazy. Then they came back and said I ordered the wrong part and best regards. that pissed me off. next I showed where they messed it up and 24 hours they said they needed pictures so they could receive the shipment. At the rate things are not getting done. I would suggest going with a reputable company. With the shipping and the long-waited emails three weeks into it and still not done!!!

I ordered 2 different times from them and both times I did not receive the packages I ordered. They take to long to respond. Only option is to file a claim but that in itself take even longer to possibly not even receive the item. In the delivery picture u can clearly see that it says delivered 3 packages and there was only 2. Then I ordered again and the delivery stated 2 packages arrived but only one package showed up. I've been dealing with this for 2 weeks and I'm over companies that done know how to run their business properly
