I bought a whole kit to delete my truck. What a piece of junk! 2018 Ram 6.7, the tuner keeps my truck on, this running down my battery. I literally have to unplug the unit from my truck EVERY time I turn it off and have to plug it back in to start it. There is NO phone number to call, you have to send them an email, 2 weeks later they now will NOT answer my email, just left my out 1300.00 for a part that is pure junk and is causing huge problems with my truck. STAY WAY WAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Spelab is knowingly selling defective Mini Max's. It took me a month to get them to agree to a refund. They have now had the faulty Mini Max, that I returned to them, for six weeks. They still have not issued my refund. And they will not respond to my emails! Don't waste your time with these con artists! Considering taking legal actions against them now. *UPDATE- Spelab responded to my review like they have no idea who I am. I have multiple emails from them promising me a refund. These appear to be auto generated emails from someone overseas. They have absolutely no intention of refunding my thousand dollars! They initially agreed to take the faulty tuner back and issue a refund. They even sent a shipping label for the return. They got the tuner back and kept my money! At this point, it is just theft on their part. My order number is 156205. I have received multiple emails from Spelab. They know exactly what my order is and always have an excuse why they haven't refunded the money to my card. This company is thieves and nothing but a scam. Not having a customer service phone number should tell everyone that. The response they gave me to this review is exactly like 4 other automated responses they have already sent me.

I have a 2015 Ram 3500 with 6.7 Cummins. I received the Mini Maxx V2 in a delete kit. Since 9-16-2025 I have been emailing the support team to fix my tuner not updating to the newest version to remedy the loap/surging at low RPM. I keep getting the same answer to the issue which obviously isn’t resolving the issue or I wouldn’t be emailing you still. I have gave them ample information and opportunities to fix it but they can’t seem to do that. No offer to replace it or the refund my money. My truck that I use regularly is now down 2 weeks. On a high note I was pleased with the egr and exhaust equipment. Maybe find someone else to purchase the tuner through.

I ordered the kit for my 2019 Ram and the tuner doesn’t work for the truck. It gets to the install part and doesn’t load. Been trying to get ahold of someone in customer service and no response. I want to return the items that i paid for that is not going to work.

FedEx lost my package spelab sent a replacement 2 days later and made sure it was delivered on time! Awesome experience!

They gave me Misinformation about a tuner that did not work with my truck although they said it would. It destroyed my truck's computer Took a very long time for them to let me send it back to them They also did not let me return the other items I bought from them Horrible customer service And miss information that cost me thousands of dollars

The Oil pan I got from them does not fit. I have a 22 Cummins and the pan appears to fit but the holes do not all line up. It is not an easy install. I have many hours in it trying to make it fit. The Valve cover was not a good idea either. They sent a picture in advance (custom)but it does not look like their pic.

Ordered a CCV kit from spe. Package got damaged/ opened during shipping and was missing a few things, so SPE sent me an entire new kit without hesitation. Outstanding service
