I have bought 4 items for Spelab. The EGR delete plates, coolant reroute kit, upper radiator hose, and the upper intake. Each product was a breeze to install. The quality of the products seem to be good. The only complaint I have it is one of the logos on the reroute kit wasn't completely finished still had plastic on it and tried pulling off but couldn't because I was a afraid of ruining the logo

They do not help resolve issues at all. i would and will never order from spelabs again, the most they will give for refunds or anything is a 15 dollar gift card, i got the 2013 Duramax LML head stud kit and it just isn’t worth it, i was missing washers and one of the studs was a COMPLETE different thread pitch and i got the kit about 2 months ago and they still haven’t sent a replacement. do not ever get anything from them, the time and money i was wasting waiting for them caused an issue with my customer and shop space. definitely just buying from a different place like i had to do with this.
