They don't do a great job when it comes to informing after the sale lack of providing a tracking number or invoice extremely poor customer service other companies in this competitive market do a much better job and much better shipping.

Ordered a complete efi fuel tank kit for a 73 firebird. It was shipped promptly. When my mechanic got the fuel pump out of its box it had a broken plastic nipple for the hose fitting. Speedway sells the exact part online and it was in stock .I offered to buy the pump from them and ship the broken one back for a credit to my account. The service rep refused to do it and said I had to send the whole kit back which would have cost them much more money in shipping. A company which shows this type of idiotic intransigence is not getting my business anymore.

Ordered a $7,000 blueprint 302 and when it didn’t arrive on time, I wrote them to find out what the deal was. Turns out that me making an address change after VERBALLY CONFIRMING on the phone somehow caused my order to be canceled. They didn’t bother to let me know this. I had to call to find out that they completely f’d me over.

They blew as far as I'm concerned I ordered a stupid license plate frame back in April and still haven't received it and of course they custom service people are all apologetic but doesn't expedite my order - blaming shipping doesn't mean much to me either just tells me they rely on cheap foreign crap - I cancel except they seem to be the only supplier

They stole $157.20 from my credit card because THEY delivered to the wrong address (they admitted it was mis-delivered) by four hours distance from me. They botched it up and now it becomes my problem while they got paid and I got nothing. They don't care about the customer. Don't make the same mistake I made buy from someone else

Order E3841745. On April 30 I purchase an electric car fan for $60.76. Upon entering the Credit card, the web said there was an error. I re-entered and pressed enter to be billed for 2 additional items total $ 293.76. When I queried, I was told it was because I selected $ 225.00 for shipping. Fan arrived 6 days later ($ 225 00) Shipping Invoice was adjusted to $ 60.76 and I was billed for another $ 60.76. I filed a complaint with BBB

Once again I had a bad experience at Speedway in Westlake, store #0007690. Tried calling twice this morning to speak with store Manager and the phone just rang and rang and rang. Dealt with Assoc. Pony tail Allan P. while there. Again very rude to me and needs to go back to customer service training. He also left three people waiting in line and ignored us until he was finished doing something. I have been recently to the North Ridgeville location and those girls are so nice and pleasant and go overboard to make you feel appreciated. This Allan P. needs to go there and be retrained by them!
