Speedway is a joke, Lack of communication, as well as if you plan on ordering your parts with a guarantee ship date, and months go by, with no email, no responses, and you have to remind them cause they forget about your part, You can in fact no way get ahold of them, or a manager or supervisor, no matter how hard you try. If you like missing Events, missing car Car shows, and looking at your car, as you already bought parts but they are stuck somewhere in Limbo, go to speedway, these clowns know how to screw you just right, pull your hair, then give you a big generic “sorry” Not 1 helpful person, Would 10000000000% recommend, using in a different company, even if the price is different, unless you like being screwed and left on read. As well as they like to pull the money twice from your account, and will not address that issue. Very unprofessional.

This company is the worst to buy parts from. I had ordered my part on 4-19-21 and It was supposed to come in on 5-6-21 or 5-7-2. And now we are on 6-14-21 and I still have not received my cam. I have been emailing speedway motors and they keep giving me the run arounds and I'm very unsatisfied with there customer service. Im at the point I just want my refund and I'll take my money somewhere else.

Disappointment after Disappointment after Disappointment. I am disgusted. 1. Service rep knew nothing about the product. 2. Paid for priority mail, parts arrived 1 WEEK later 3. Wrong instructions sent with product 4. Found instructions on line, which were terribly incomplete. Abysmal, actually. 5. Product was found to be defective 6. Called customer service and asked for tech support. Told me there was no one in front of me and they would transfer me. Instead, transferred me to another customer service rep, who told me they had to transfer me but there were FIFTEEN people in front of me and they could not help me that day and I should call back the next day. 7. Called back to order a replacement part for the defective part, but emphasized I needed it by the NEXT DAY and asked about overnight shipping. I was pleasantly surprised when Melody Phillips told me she would ship it overnight by FedEx Ground at no charge. However, the part DID NOT ARRIVE and when I called FedEx they told me FedEx Ground is NOT OVERNIGHT and takes 3 to 5 days. Poor service, poor instructions, poor delivery. Why would I ever want to do business with Speedway Motors again?

poor experience ordered four rims they sent me three correct and one completely wrong one. Been trying to call for three days to get this sorted out they end up telling me to call back if I can get someone to Answer zero out of ten would not recommend spending your money with speedway

Speedway is a joke no one that works there knows what they r selling I got a race uniform the nipper broke the first time I putt it on I ordered seat belts they didn't send the mounting brackets so we called them they sent a empty box so we called they again they only sent half of they I ordered a rev limiter for my hei I wouldn't run they need to either get your head out of ur ass or close ur dam door stop hiring people from moron or us soeepway is a joke I have to order from summit to get the rest of my stuff since u all couldn't do ur jobs

Still waiting on a master cylinder to ship, ordered a 3 weeks ago with no updates or emails. Called and waiting 12 minutes for no one to pick up the phone. I knew i should have went to summit

this is the worst company i have ever had contact with. they sold me used items for new ones and when i finally got someone to pay me a refund after a few days, the money never arrived. if i want used equipment i can buy it on ebay or craigslist, but never again from speedway motors

Speedway has consistently paired my shipping address with my credit address thus getting a rejected purchase. Yesterday they gave erroneous credit information for a purchase thus causing a rejected purchase. It was the same information that I had given for numerous purchases before without a hitch. It took 2 1/2 hours on the phone to get to the bottom of this problem. Very poor show on their part. By the way I was on hold for over an hour to talk to one of the "expert employees"!!!
