THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AS FAKE: The reviewer did NOT actually use the service. Our website makes VERY clear that we are NOT a law firm. It also details why lawyers cannot beat most speeding tickets, when our service can. Apparently this person did not learn how to read, when he was taught how to write, in school. FUTHERMORE... The "review" you just read IS FAKE! The person that posted this "review" acknowledged that they DID NOT USE OUR SERVICE. Simply calling (or emailing) a company, and not liking them (on the call or email), is NOT USING a service. WHY are we correct about that? ANSWER: If all a person did is called or emailed a company, but didn't use the service, they DON'T know ANYTHING about whether the service works! Would you know if the food is good at a restaurant, if you walked out of the restaurant before eating? NO, you would not! Would you write a review saying the food is bad, if you DIDN'T eat it? NO, you would not! But this is so called "reviewer" just did exactly that! They posted a "review" of a service they didn't use! Our company has been in business since 2004. That's a long time to keep "a scam" going (so, we must NOT BE "a scam")! We are maybe most sarcastic and intense customer service team on earth. But that doesn't mean we're not good. We are the best at what matters... And that is BEATING your ticket! Read reviews, from people that ACTUALLY USED our services. The person who wrote the above fake review, DID NOT USE OUR SERVICE, and knows NOTHING about its effectiveness. Their "review" is BASELESS. THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AS FAKE: The reviewer did NOT actually use the service. This person paid for and received documents from us, DID NOT USE THEM IN COURT, and attempted to scam us into refunding them back immediately after receiving the documents by email. We had no way to get our documents back from them. We cannot refund people who essentially try to steal our documents. If this person had actually used the documents in court, they would have found (as thousands of customers have before them over the past 20 years), that they work quite well... And this persons ticket would have been dismissed. But instead they took possession of the documents by email, then immediately demanded a refund (theft attempt), and wrote this baseless review. If you have a ticket cannot us for FREE consultation, and learn the TRUTH.

This person did not following the instructions provided with our documents nor did they use our services to completion of their case. COMMON SENSE: If you are going to post a "review" claiming our services don't work, you need to have followed the instructions and used them fully. IN SUMMARY: This person did NOT follow the instructions written clearly in the documents. Numerous attempts were made to reach this person, to get them to better understand the document instructions. This person chose to ignore our attempts to reach them. Instead they chose to use the documents improperly and post this invalid review.
