We are not saying this person did not call or interact with us by phone or email. What we are saying is that this person did not use the services we provide. Therefore, this person is in NO POSITION to post a "REVIEW" of a service they did not actually use. Calling or emailing a company and "not liking them", does not provide any knowledge for a "reviewer" to know if a service actually works, WHEN IT IS USED. Again, this person may have contacted us, but they did not USE the service. So, they CANNOT be taken seriously as a "reviewer" of whether or not our service actually works when used. FURTHER DETAILS: Simply calling (or emailing) a company and not liking them (on the call or email), does not constitute "using" a service. For example: If you entered a restaurant and immediately walked out, because you did not like the host/hostess at the front desk... You would not be in a position to post a review claiming the "food is bad", because you wouldn't know if the food's bad. Posting a review of a restaurant you did not actually eat it, is a fake review. Just like this one! IN SUMMARY: Speedticketbeaters has been in business since 2004 handling an incredible number of tickets over the 20 years we've been in business. 20 years is a long time to keep "a scam" going, so obviously it is not "a scam". It is important that you read reviews, from people that actually USED THE SERVICES they "review". Their "review" you just read is fraudulent because it is written by a person who did not USE the service and therefore is in no position to accurately review the company. WHY NOT EMAIL US ON OUR WEBSITE, AND FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF IF THIS PERSON IS RIGHT? You have nothing to lose... And if after our FREE consultation you actually pay use our services (which the person who wrote this so called "review" DID NOT DO) you will beat your ticket! THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AS FAKE: The reviewer did NOT actually use the service. Our website makes VERY clear that we are NOT a law firm. It also details why lawyers cannot beat most speeding tickets, when our service can. Apparently this person did not learn how to read, when he was taught how to write, in school. FUTHERMORE... The "review" you just read IS FAKE! The person that posted this "review" acknowledged that they DID NOT USE OUR SERVICE. Simply calling (or emailing) a company, and not liking them (on the call or email), is NOT USING a service. WHY are we correct about that? ANSWER: If all a person did is called or emailed a company, but didn't use the service, they DON'T know ANYTHING about whether the service works! Would you know if the food is good at a restaurant, if you walked out of the restaurant before eating? NO, you would not! Would you write a review saying the food is bad, if you DIDN'T eat it? NO, you would not! But this is so called "reviewer" just did exactly that! They posted a "review" of a service they didn't use! Our company has been in business since 2004. That's a long time to keep "a scam" going (so, we must NOT BE "a scam")! We are maybe most sarcastic and intense customer service team on earth. But that doesn't mean we're not good. We are the best at what matters... And that is BEATING your ticket! Read reviews, from people that ACTUALLY USED our services. The person who wrote the above fake review, DID NOT USE OUR SERVICE, and knows NOTHING about its effectiveness. Their "review" is BASELESS. They simply called or emailed our company. It is not ethical to post that a company is a "scam", when the person making the allegation HAS NOT USED THE SERVICES of the company. That makes the review you just read a FAKE REVIEW! Imagine posting a restaurant "review" claiming the restaurants "food is bad", when you didn't eat there? What if you did that because you didn't like the hostess when you called for a reservation, so you posted a review claiming "their food" is bad? THAT IS THE SAME THING AS WHAT THIS FAKE REVIEWER JUST DID! The "reviewer" didn't even use the service but posted that it's "a scam"! 2 - Our company has been in business since 2004, a long time to keep a supposed "scam" going... So, it must NOT BE "a scam"! They simply called/emailed the company. This means this "REVIEW" IS IN NO WAY A VALID ACCOUNT of what transpires for customers who actually pay for and utilize the service. It is not lawful to report that a company is a "scam", when the person making the allegation in fact HAS NOT UTILIZED THE SERVICE. Such a person has no method for determining factually whether or not the company is a "scam", since they did not actually use the services. This means this "review" is an attempt to harm the company, primarily because the person who wrote the review did not "like the person" they allegedly interacted with. It would be wise for readers to FOCUS RESEARCH ON REVIEWERS WHO ACTUALLY USED THE SERVICE. The company has been in business since 2004. Companies cannot remain in business for that duration, if they are not actually delivering services effectively.
