Yes, there are some tasks to do ( in my case contact WSDOT, request information, wait for it, get hundreds of files that need to be sifted through for the information that applies to my case ), but all of that is needed to win the case. I did everything as they said and came to court well prepared to defend myself. When I had questions I got timely replies back. My ticket was dismissed. I used their defense and lost. The information they sold me was rejected by the Judge. They gave no explanation as to why their defense failed. They just offered to refund 1/3 of my money. They stipulated that I would be banned from posting any reviews. So much for their money back guarantee. I clearly made a mistake trusting this company. This is not a fake review.

I purchased their services shortly after my ticket. I was sent detailed information on how to present my defense and what my defense was. They say read again and again to understand. Yes, at first it was completely foreign to me but after reading over and over it became clearer to me what i was to do and what the documents were actually saying. It is a good defense and I actually enjoyed taking on the system. Remember and don't be fooled the system is not on your side. I have done exactly as they have said and have had no phone calls or negative emails ridiculing me. They state clearly all responses and questions are done by email. You obviously didn't read page 1. Every time i have emailed for questions or to tell them how things have gone I have received a quick response back. I am 8 months in on this defense and my appeal is soon coming in August. I have done as they have requested and have been to my first trial, I know that exactly what has happened and the courts and officers reactions and testimony was exactly as speedticketbeaters has said it will be. I would have never gotten this far without their advice. And i am actually learning a lot about our judicial system and how to defend myself in the court of law. Be aware of these scammers! I called and emailed several companies looking for help with a Speeding violation so when I got a call from this business, the person on the other line was completely off. He didn’t let me speak. He tried to dominate the conversation and was just saying negative things. He sounded very unprofessional. After hanging up on him for being rude he emailed me more negative things, similar to what a child would do when they don’t get their way. Their staff is so terrible that I didn’t have to get their service in order for me to see what a garbage company this was. I’m glad that I dodged that bullet. There’s a reason why this company has so many bad reviews. Don’t just read this one, read all of them and you’ll see that the majority are negative. Please stay away from this company. It hurt me that in order to give a review I had to give one star which was way too much for this company.

As i was trying to connect my headphones and respond, person on call aggressively just told me to drop the call and find guilty because I do not understand English (??) and he just cut the call. Thanks, as I would spend my money at better place.
