I received prompt attention from my request for help. Once we spoke, I received an extensive strategy for defense by email with complete and comprehensive instructions on how to proceed at the hearing. Before the actual hearing took place I was asked how I intended to plead. I indicated I would be pleading not guilty. I was escorted to meet with the prosecutor who I spoke with and told I had what I thought, was a robust defense and he offered to reduce the ticket to a non moving violation.
