Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience and understand how important it was for you to receive your order before your guest’s arrival. To provide clarity, here is a summary of your order timeline: August 24 (Sunday): Order placed. Since your address is outside our regular delivery zone, we requested a custom shipping quote, which typically takes 1–2 business days. August 25: Quote received, and a partial shipping fee refund issued based on the actual cost. In the same email, we confirmed the delivery timeline would be 10–20 business days. August 26: Order dispatched. August 27: Tracking number provided so you could follow the shipment. When your order shipped, we also submitted your requested delivery date to our logistics partner to accommodate it as best as possible. As noted on our website and discussed prior to shipping, the standard delivery timeline for your location is 10–20 business days, as it is considered a remote area. While we always aim to fulfill special requests whenever feasible, expedited delivery within such a short timeframe was unfortunately not possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process. Your feedback has been shared with our team, and we remain committed to working closely with our logistics partners to provide the best possible delivery experience for our customers.
