Hi Maureen, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are glad to hear that you were happy with our communication and the prompt delivery of your new Bamton Sofa Bed. We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our furniture, so it’s wonderful to know you find it well-made. We appreciate your feedback regarding the firmness. While many of our customers enjoy the extra support of the Bamton, we understand that comfort is very subjective, especially for those managing back or hip concerns. A quick tip for added comfort: We noticed you’re using a foam pad, but we actually offer a Memory Foam Topper specifically designed to bundle with the Bamton. It’s engineered to contour more deeply to the body than a standard pad, which can be a game-changer for pressure point relief. If you’d like to give the topper a try to see if it provides that extra "give" you’re looking for, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team. We’d love to help you get the best night's sleep possible!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We are thrilled to hear you love the look, fabric, and functionality of your new sofa bed, though we are truly sorry to hear the seat cushions feel firmer than expected. While the Noble is one of our 4-rated models on our softness scale, we understand that "feel" is very subjective and everyone has a different preference for the perfect balance of firmness and softness. It often takes about 3 to 6 weeks for a new sofa bed to fully break in, and using the cushions from side to side in different positions helps the foam "break in" more evenly to feel more comfortable. We truly appreciate your patience as the materials settle, and if you need any assistance or have inquiries, please don't hesitate to contact us as we’d be happy to help.
