While the sofa bed itself is designed to be assembled within approximately 15–30 minutes with two people, we recognize that the instructions and video did not provide the level of clarity you needed. Your experience shows us that there is real room for improvement, and we sincerely appreciate you calling this out so candidly. We are actively sharing this feedback with our product and support teams so we can continue refining both our written instructions and video guides.
