These people have no idea how to help their followers. It is a pity that at this moment they do not put the worries is order. They don't care at all about people's well-being. They lie to people and change their minds at their convenience. So sad...

This is a terrible company. My wife and I signed up for a Tough Mudder 30 minutes from our home for our anniversary... Spartan proceeded to buy Tough Mudder, cancel our event, and let us know that we will NOT receive a refund. Instead we got a coupon code for another Tough Mudder (there are none near us) and a Spartan Race (something we aren't interested in and also isn't near us). This company STOLE $250 from us. They are a bunch of criminals! Don't give them your money!

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. The event was cancelled, and I had never got my money back. Shoking customer service.

Had a lot of fun. First race was good. Everything there is just expensive and it shoes 100 bucks for a race then it comes to 160, like an extra 60 bucks is quite a suprise when you check out. I ordered the aroo medal as well and never got it. That was 12 extra bucks too It is nice you get professional pictures for free. Easily downloaded and printed.

I ordered a shirt on December 7th that said it was successful, and I should be receiving my shirt within 5 to 7 business days. It said I would receive a notification immediately after it was shipped notifying me that it was shipped. The notification never came. Payment posted to my bank account on December 9th, the following Monday. On December 24th, I emailed Spartan Shop which had an auto-response saying "Due to unusually high number of inquiries, we will get back with you within up to 3 business days." Today, December 31st, I finally got an email. I emailed them a second time that was after 4 business days before they today responded to my first one. They cannot even count! The rep "Kristen" put in the response "apparently your order was placed on 'back order.' I will see how long before we get more in stock. If I resolved your concern please give me a GOOD rating on the survey you will receive in the next 24 hours by email." Either this is a robot or she is too stupid to know rather my issue is resolved. I would say "obviously not" but clearly it is not obvious to her. I looked online to find there is not a phone number. Other people have been unsatisfied and tried to find a phone number. The site "Get Human" reports they have not been about to find a phone number or other alternative to email that will be a real person. STAY AWAY!!!!

Their entire registration system is absolutely horrendous. 3 of my buddies and I tried deferring a race and it was like doing differential equations to figure out how to defer the race. Super frustrating
