Appreciating current environment but this poor customer service feels more ingrained. I have had numerous closed, or ignored requests, been advised of different processes and whilst I can book and pay as a group, cannot cancel as a group or approve refunds for each member. Truly disgraceful experience. I have 90 days to rebook another as yet unscheduled event but 6 months to refund!

la franchise était interessante mais depuis 2019 les nouvelles règles en font une course de 3eme zone.... De plus, contrairement à TOUTES les autres franchises, ils n'ont proposé aucune possibilité de rembourssement ou de transfert sur 2021. Après 18 trifectas sur 4 ans c'est terminé pour moi !!! Je vais continuer sur des franchises proposant un réel défi et surtout honnêtes !!!

Par contre Au vu des circonstances vous auriez dû prévoir d’annuler et de rembourser cette course prévue initialement pour JUILLET !!! À la place de cela vous avez voulu prendre le risque de la reporter en Août et de là maintenir, ainsi que de continuer à inciter les gens à s’inscrire pour que 3 semaines avant la course, finalement vous annuliez tout !!! Vous avez voulu prendre le risque d’engager des frais pour préparer cette course même au vu des circonstances actuelles donc C’EST VOTRE RESPONSABILITÉ ET VOTRE DÉCISION ! En aucun cas, la notre ! Donc nous n’avons pas à subir ! Vous empochez l’argent sans prestations en retour ??!! Cela s’appelle du vol !!! Vous proposez un avoir de 70% pour nous et 30% pour un proche ?! Est ce une BLAGUE ?! Vous croyez vraiment que je vais inciter un de mes proches à s’inscrire à vos courses après m’avoir volé sans scrupules ?!! Quoi qu’il en soit, il est pas envisageable que je débourse un centime de plus chez vous ! Que se soit avec un tarif préférentiel ou pas ! Vous êtes dans l’illégalité ! Vous nous devez un avoir à 100%, un report sur la même course en 2021, ou un remboursement intégral de la somme ! Sans quoi, croyez moi, je me chargerais de faire savoir à vos potentiels futurs coureurs la politique et les valeurs que vous prônez réellement = ARGENT, BUISNESS ET VOL ! ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

same problem for Germany / Austria: Spartan Race missachtet mit seinen "Transferoptionen" geltendes Recht in beiden Ländern. Die große "Spartan Race Familie" besteht nur aus: einer behält 100% und der andere nimmer 100% des Geldes -> sofern man nicht bereit ist nächstes Jahr noch einmal deutlich mehr Geld in die Hand zu nehmen. Eine Kulanzlösung auf Basis einer ZUMINDEST ANTEILIGEN Erstattung wird nicht im Ansatz eingegangen. Spartan Race vertritt die Meinung, dass deren Regelungen ÜBER der Gesetzgebung stehen. In diesem Sinne: Nie wieder Spartan Race! Andere große Veranstalter haben entweder rückerstattet oder zumindest die Möglichkeit gegeben kostenfrei auf 2021 umzubuchen (und das wäre auch 100% OK!). PS: Der Support antwortet, wenn überhaupt, dann nur mit Textbausteinen...

This company is not refunding. Nice for them to take a loan for the rest of the year with their participants money. Garbage! No response from customer service!

I requested a refund as the March (now almost August) race in Melbourne was cancelled. Despite numerous attempts to get a refund they point blank refuse, saying they are in 'Care Taker Mode' but refuse to explain what that means or the race will be rescheduled - clearly it wont any time soon in Australia so come on do the honourable thing and issue refunds. They are bunch of crooks.

Race postponed in Yorkshire due to Covid which is fair enough but up to 6 months for a refund is outrageous, also the refund amount issued is wrong. Very pushy with ticket exchange offers also. Disappointing.

SCAM!They don't return money!!! The worst organisation ever, even airlines give an opportunity for money refund. They give no money back and don't even offer credit note for the next year. "accept our new date we choosen out of nowhere or go fck yourself" the anthem of the company. I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND TO ANY OF MY FRIEND
