What hasn't been said about the poor service from this company, but buying merchandise from their online store is a joke also. Shoes that were ordered and confirmed by their company on their email response were the wrong size. I've received no response, except an automatic response with three choices, none of which would resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I couldn't wait and ordered the correct size, hoping to work this simple exchange to an easy end. I've heard nothing about that order being fulfilled, but they've charged my cc. It's an organization that cares nothing about customer service or bad reviews. Instead they let there name continue to generate business that they can't service.

Cláusulas abusivas de libro. Precio excesivo y cláusula abusiva

They have handled covid so poorly I can't even believe it. They cancelled the race then charged everyone to transfer then recharged them for insurance fees they already paid.

Hier sind Betrüger am Werk! Lasst die Finger davon!!! Nationales Recht zur Erstattung von Antrittsgeldern bzw. zur Umbuchung auf andere Veranstaltungen (durch die Corona-Krise) wird wissentlich ignoriert. Support vertröstet auf ungültige AGB. Stattdessen versucht der Veranstalter den Athleten noch mehr Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen (Start in 2021 nur möglich, wenn man 30% zusätzlich überweist- ohne Gewähr, ob irgendwas überhaupt stattfindet). Firmensitz in Liechtenstein, um die Durchsetzung von Gesetzen zu erschweren. Solche Veranstalter sollten in Deutschland und Österreich verboten werden.

As a former customer of Spartan their recent behaviour is inexcusable. To try and claim that it will take 6 months to offer a refund for a race that was cancelled due to COVID-19, when being unable to offer an alternative date, and to complicate it for people who have booked as a group, is wholly unacceptable. As a former customer I certainly won't be using this company again, and won't be recommending it to any of my friends, family and colleagues (quite the opposite in fact) as they've completely lost my trust and support for the way they're treating their customers. There's going to be a few companies who come out of this COVID-19 situation and realise that you can't treat your loyal customer base, who are your bread and butter, like second class citizens and not expect repercussions. Ne souhaite procéder à aucun remboursement alors qu'ils annulent leurs courses, et propose des solutions très très douteuses, qui les avantagent énormément. Ne réservez rien surtout.

They do not respond to any email or social media questions. I wouldn’t book anything with them right now. Entirely unreliable.

Much like all of the reviews on here, I too booked a Spartan Race, which was cancelled due to Covid and then 2-3 months later offered a voucher to spend on their store, so I requested the voucher, 3 times! I messaged everywhere, email, online contact form, direct message on IG - ALL IGNORED! Another 7 weeks later someone replied saying a voucher will be sent, which took another 3 weeks. Ordered some stuff from their website and then delivery took 3 weeks too - shipped from the US and then I had to PAY CUSTOM CHARGES to get it delivered, which was £35! What a frigging joke of a company!!!
