We’re truly sorry for the delay and the frustration this caused, especially since the order was intended as a birthday gift. When express shipping is selected, it’s reasonable to expect a much faster delivery, and in this case that did not happen. Due to the extended delay with the shipment to Vietnam, we have now issued a full refund for this order. While international shipping can sometimes experience unexpected issues, we understand that this does not make the experience acceptable, and we regret the inconvenience and lack of clarity along the way. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re actively working to improve delivery expectations and communication for international orders.
