Order was supposed to be delivered on Valentine’s Day still have not received my order yet, shipping is taking longer than expected. My order number is SR165148, the shipping experience has been terrible. Placed the order on February 7, 2026.

I ordered on February 8th based on the promise of 3–5 day shipping and delivery before Valentine’s Day. The order missed that window and is still in transit. When I contacted support, I was told to reach out to the shipping company myself instead of them handling the issue. Combined with vague responses like “we will inform our logistics team to prioritize your order” and “rest assured your package will arrive to you shortly” I wouldn’t recommend buying from here.

Company is a joke. I ordered Feb 10 with the guarantee delivery for Valentine’s Day as stated on their website. Paid for priority shipping and everything. It is now Feb 17 and still has not arrived. Contacted customer services and said sorry for the poor experience and gave me a $15 gift card and said they will tell their logistics team to prioritize my order.

They have not shipped my order and I ordered 10 days ago. They will not respond to any sort of correspondence as I have emailed and called numerous times. They are not even accreditied on the BBB and they have a F rating on there and that should be the same that they have here. The address that comes up on BBB registry is not Sparky Roses so this screams SCAM.

When my girlfriend opened the package, she was surprised and loved the bear and rose, but the heart necklace really moved her. Thank you for helping me to see a big smile on my significant other. 👍 We live in different cities and shared Valentine’s Day moments on a video chat 👍

I was scared about delivery date but it came in time and she loved it
