Cute clothes but shipping is terrible

I love how adorable and affordable these outfits are. My 6 year old daughter always looks adorable when dressed up in SIP!

I would give it a 5 based on how cute the clothes are but...don't be fooled by "in stock ships fast from utah" it does not ship fast do not buy anything you need within 2 weeks. I would buy at least a month in advance from when you need the outfit to be safe. Love their clothes though and will probably continue to buy but definitely nothing I need within 2 weeks! I just wish they would take "ships fast" out of their post because it is misleading. I've been purchasing their clothes for about 4-5 years

Don’t get me wrong the clothes are simply cute however if they do not work (which sizes vary on your kid) the refund proceeds is HORRIBLE! Let me say that all this is listed that your responsible for the shipping back, which fine but to pay it twice and not be refunded nor even credited is just a loss. You pay around $6.99 for it to be sent to you right ? Then I had to pay $12 (2 outfits that) to have it shipped back, because it was too small in size. I’m out of $20 in shipping and I was only refunded $30 for 2 outfits . Which in my opinion, is a little absurd.. more than likely will not be ordering again.

Absolutely beautiful styles that fit as they should. Friendly service with no hassle to return. Always have a unique variety of beautiful clothes and shoes with matching accessories which is my favorite part. They even have suggestions!! This is my favorite site for both my daughters and you can’t beat the prices for the quality and fabulous fashion. Only thing is I wish they offered smaller sizes for the moms xs would be nice!

So I was sent the link to sparkle in pink from a friend in hopes of ordering some clothes for my daughter. I always read reviews first, so that brought me here. I already gathered that the clothes were manufactured cheap because if not they wouldn’t sell so cheap. The turnoff though and what deterred me from ordering are the snide replies the owner is giving to the people who give her less than stellar ratings…all of whom pretty much have the same complaint so there must be some truth in what they’re saying. Multiple complaints of not posting low reviews to your site, shipping issues, quality issues, less than excellent customer service, and horrible return policy, design team stealing designs from other companies. It’s a hard no for me! I’m actually in the process of starting my own kids boutique and the reviews have totally helped me to know how to deliver excellent customer service. With clothes so cheap, what’s it hurting you to give a little in order to receive a lot from your customers. Now you can hit me with your snide remark, but guess what I’ll remain unscathed because you he won’t made a dime off of me. Response to reply: I’m so sorry my review came across in a malicious manner (but so do your replies to negative comments), but you that’s your opinion and my opinion which we are both entitled to. I meant no harm in my review and I am not spreading false information as you stated. Anyone reading the reviews can clearly see that I only reiterated what I’ve read in the previously posted negative reviews. So I’m basing my opinions strictly on that because I haven’t shopped with you and the reason being is because of the negative reviews and the snide remarks you left in response to all of them. There were enough people with the same complaints, which deterred me from ordering. That’s all! People often times read reviews and still order from retailers thinking it won’t happen to them, then when it does they’re upset. I choose to be much smarter. The clothes are cute and they’d be adorable in my daughter, but that doesn’t mean a lot when those other factors aren’t a priority to the business owner. I’m only opening a children’s boutique because I have the means to and also to address the issue I have when trying to find quality clothes for my kids. I don’t want to put them in poorly manufactured clothes from China that are full of chemicals and made mostly from polyester instead of cotton. My kids are hot boxes and need cotton garments to stay cool and dry, polyester holds heat and moisture. However most the retailers with the authentic cotton garments that I love, likes putting their name across the chests of their clothes and I don’t necessarily want labels all over my kids either. I’m not opening it to compete with anyone (including you so don’t worry) it’s just to fill a void in my and like minded environmental conscious parents lives when it comes to quality, chemical free, cotton kids clothing. They won’t be cheap and that’s ok because the consumer looking for cheap is not the one my boutique will appeal to. I am not trying to ruffle your feathers or demean your business, just wanted you to take ownership of what the negative reviews are saying and use it to change the trajectory of your business’ customer service and return practices. We already own one business and we value every single one of our customers and if it costs us a couple of dollars to turn an unhappy customer into a happy customer who’s going to return and spend money with us again, then guess what it was well worth the investment…because they’re going to turn around and spend with us again and that amount will supercede what we spent to make them happy. Trust me! When you run your business like that you’ll have fewer negative reviews, which means fewer snide (or shall we say nice nasty) remarks for you to come up with in your replies. Think about it! Wishing you continued success in your business was not trying to take away from it, but won’t be patronizing it either based solely on the negative reviews and your replies to them. This is just my opinion, that’s all!

My favorite store to purchase my 2 granddaughters clothes. The clothes are a absolutely beautiful and high-quality. Everywhere I take my granddaughter’s people stop and asked me where did I get that outfit from. Best close website ever
