Hi Kristen, thank you for your honest feedback. We’re so sorry the family set didn’t arrive as expected, especially with the missed seam and sizing concerns. I'm glad we were able to get the defective item replaced for you! Your experience is not the quality or fit we want for our customers. We’ll share your notes with our production team to improve both QA and fit consistency. We appreciate you giving us the chance to make it right and will continue working hard to do better moving forward. ❤️

Thank you so much, William! 💖 We’re thrilled your granddaughter is starting preschool in outfits that make her feel comfortable and adorable. Adjustable waistbands can be such a lifesaver, and we’re so glad they’re working perfectly for her. 😊 We appreciate you taking a chance on us from the ad you saw on Facebook and giving us a try — it means the world to us! ✨🩷 We look forward to packing her next order 🥰
