We’re genuinely sorry for the email you received—it was a clear mistake on our part, and we completely understand why you’re upset. That kind of misleading subject line doesn’t reflect who we are, and we take full responsibility. We were trying to share a big offer with customers who hadn’t engaged with us in a while, but the way we went about it was wrong. The issue has already been addressed internally, and we’re taking steps to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Your feedback is important, and we appreciate you holding us accountable. We’re sorry to have let you down and hope to regain your trust again some day soon 🫶🏼 🩷 The SIP Team

We're truly sorry for email you received—it was a serious misstep, and we completely understand your frustration. That kind of misleading approach isn’t in line with our values, and we’re taking full responsibility for it. We had a really big offer for customers who hadn't been seeing our emails for quite some time and we didn't want you to miss it, but we took it too far. We've already addressed the issue internally and made sure it won't happen again and will work hard to improve to regain your trust. Thank you for calling it out—your feedback is valid, and we’re sorry to have let you down. 🩷 The SIP Team
