Love the concept - travellers should be able to help each other. Can't believe some hasn't done this before!

I had to wait way too long to sell my flights - over a month in my case. I think sparefare should do more to help sellers find buyers. Other than that happy with the service. I got my money after the date fo the flight. They told me 3 days but I got them the next day, so no complaints there.

I haven't managed to buy anything yet, but I'll keep trying. Good customer service from Emma, who was very patient at explaining the whole process.

Like the idea. It doesn't make sense to waste money on unused flight and holidays if you can resell them and also help the buyers travel cheaper.

SpareFare had great customer service- they had very quick and helpful responses! Very reliable.

I registered with the website and handed over the booking of my flights for them to manage the sale. All well until I tried to login again onto the website. Despite having saved the password on my computer at the time of registration, I keep getting a password error. There is no facility to reset it and after having contacted them via email and receiving a reply saying they would send me a new password (?), I still cannot login to accept any bids. The flight is tomorrow. Useless.

I was quite nervous at first and didn't really know if this would work, but I got two flights to New York for £450 two weeks before the date!! Everything was ok with the flights and I'd be buying more for sure.
