Easy buying process.

When I first heard of SpareFare I was a little sceptical about using it, as it is a new site, no one really knows about it and I couldn't find much information online. Although, I had 2 flights to San Francisco that I couldn't use and I would have lost all the money. Instead, I decided to give SpareFare a try. I sold BOTH flights!!! I did have to wait a little over two weeks to find a buyer (and the emails had gone to spam, so check your spam boxes!!). I was super nervous about paying to change the name on my tickets before receiving the money from the buyer, but SpareFare secures the money from the buyer and I received the money as said when the customer takes the flight. The service is secure and I have no complaints! Overall a good experience and I'd probably use them again as a buyer.

I heard about this site from a friend and decided to give it a try as it sounds like a cool concept. Best decision ever - I found two flights to Viena for me and my sister for Christmas for £300!! We are enjoying the Christmas markets now. Quite a bargain. Customer service is prompt, I'd use them again.

I applied for their auto selling service, they emailed me back 2 weeks later (1 week after the flight took place) to let me know they encountered difficulties and to ask me to do it myself.....................sub-optimal!

I used SpareFare for a long-haul flight bought at the last minute (less than two days before the flight). The process took a little longer than I expected but was very simple. My return flight was no different than if I booked with the airline directly. The price was very competitive given how late I purchased the tickets. I like the fact that the original booking was not wasted and the seller could recover some of their money. Throughout the process, SpareFare team were very responsive and genuinely interested in helping me complete my journey. I will use this website in the future!

It took me several tries and several days to get a ticket that the seller managed to change to my name. But the sparefare team were kind, understanding above all very responsive, which made the experience something I will do again.

Great experience! Everything went smooth and hassle free. The amazing thing? The follow up emails from the staff. They confirmed the ticket was valid, and provided updates up to making my reservation. 5 stars and they earned it.
