I love Spanx! Not only are their products amazing and long-lasting due to their high quality, the customer service is unrivaled! I once had a small issue with receiving the incorrect size in a pair of jeans and within 30 minutes of emailing customer support the correct pair was in route on its way to me. Best customer service experience I've ever had!

Everything is top quality. The shapewear has a nice and comfortable finish. It’s beautiful, it’s woman friendly.

I have yet to have a bad experience with any of my spans pieces. I adore the air essentials range and own a few sets of them, I love how they sit and feel on and they are my must have travel fit. As more sizing and customer service it’s all been great. The website is easy to navigate to find my perfect size and when I am still on the fence their online communities like reddit are always super helpful.

My first order with Spanx: great customer service and delivery to the UK. Products very good quality but I won’t be ordering any more t shirts or underwear because the labels are a nightmare. They are very papery and hard and although there is a printed line to show where to cut them they still have a very sharp edge which is irritating. If you try and cut them out you will end up with a hole in the seam because they are permanently sewn into the seam. So now I have a tank with a large hole in the seam, and underwear which I have to wear inside out. It’s not ideal! No problems with the trousers due to the positioning of the label, thank goodness because they are great. Please Spanx, reconsider your labelling, and then your products will be perfect.

I bought a pair of their leggings because I read the fabric content and color and they were on sale. I ended up spending $50.00 which is more than I usually spend on leggings and I have a lot as that's all I wear. I bought it directly from their website. Well, when it arrived I was surprised at how tiny it looked. I checked the label to see that it was really a Large and it was. You should know that I'm 5'2 and I weigh 133. I buy a Large because I don't like them to be as tight as a medium is. Well, these were so small I couldn't get them on!!! I tried to get an exchange or a refund but they said they don't do that. So I'm out $50.00. 079220018907925
