I am not sure what type of hit your fender has taken, but we'll be happy to help you with a replacement if you need it. Hey William, I sincerely apologize for any trouble you experienced with your unit. As much as we try to make everything perfect all the time, unfortunately it doesn't always work out like that. The problems you had should not be overlooked, but can all be easily taken care of. Screws are around the facility, but we check every tire on every unit before it leaves to try to avoid any future problems. I am sure the tire was changed before you left with the trailer. It is always recommended to check lugs before leaving the facility, then 50 miles, 100 miles, 250 miles & 500 miles to assure proper seating on new lugs and wheels. We will be happy to install a screw in the ladder if it is missing and replace a stripped screw in the door latch if needed. We truly hate that these things happened, but hope that our service and the overall product qualifies for more than 1 star. Please accept our apologies and our offer to help with anything you need.
