would of gotten 5 stars but charged me…
would of gotten 5 stars but charged me a service fee for using credit card, which I thought was illegal(?)

Art we appreciate your business and your time to share your feedback. We apologize for any misunderstandings about the service charge. We try to be as transparent as possible with no confusion on how we do business. The additional charge was clearly communicated to you prior to your purchase. The terms of your purchase were on your original invoice as it stated - "Any amount of the balance applied to a card of any type over the required initial deposit will be subject to a 3% service charge". We would have gladly accepted other forms of payment at no additional cost. Unfortunately our margins are so low that we cannot afford to take the cost of the processing fees that come with card payments. We feel it is only fair to give you the best price possible with the option to save instead of figuring these fees into the price of our units. Either way you are going to pay the charge with anyone that accepts credit card payments . Please let us know if we can ever help you again with anything.
