The helpful and informative staff were very responsive to our individual needs....The entire process of booking an over one month trip to different destinations in South America was flawless. Our personal travel consultant was very professional and made some amazing suggestions of hotels, places to visit, etc. The attention to detail was a delight...!!! I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Clara arranged a wonderful trip for us which covered everything that we wanted to see, and visit in Bolivia. Our drivers and guides were fabulous! They were punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. I'd recommend South America Travel without hesitation.

Our representative was very proactive and helpful to meet our requirements and needs. The help desk in each city was also very quick to help us and assist us with any questions we had. The only comment I would have is that it would be great to have an exact itinerary of each tour before departing on our trip. For example, details of our private in tour in Santiago was told to us only after asking. By knowing the details beforehand, we can plan our free days accordingly and not repeat sites or attractions. Another great help would be to suggest best restaurants and or bars/clubs if possible. Being a 5* travel agency, they could possibly know which types of dining options would appeal to this type of clientele.

Tye was excellent. I gave my guide lines for my trip and he came up with some outstanding ideas. The hotels are super and there is enough time for me to relax and enjoy the trip. I do not have to worry about much other than what am I eating... thanks again

Worked with Tom Maker and he was prompt with answers and flexible in accommodating our requests for a semi-customized tour. He also worked with us in keeping costs reasonable which was an important consideration in how much we would do and see on our trip. We have not taken the trip yet (this is August and the trip is not until next January), but so far the working relationship with SouthAmerica.travel has been excellent.

First and foremost, Izabela was outstanding during the entire process from the initial inquiry to the booking then even during the trip itself! I've traveled a fair amount and like to have each day jam packed with every possible tourist venture. Izabela helped make the itinerary to hit everything we wanted from the Amazon to Rio then Buenos Aires. I couldn't have asked for a better planned trip, there were some flaws with canceled flights but the communication with the company always went well. I'd recommend this service to anyone!
