Trip was plan fantastic and reasonably priced

I got this agent through a website. Found this travel agent to be reliable and came to my hotel tin Rio o brief me regarding my trip to Machu Piccu. The accommodation booked through this agent was pretty good for the price i paid.. All in all I found the agent to be reliable.

great trip, great personal care

This agency was the best travel agency I have ever worked with. We were professional and proficient. In the beginning I change my mind every 10 minutes ( as in what countries and what cities) never heard a complaint from my agent. She planned the perfect trip. I described what the ideal trip would be like and then I gave her my budget and she delivered. Even one of our tour guide said he likes working with South America Travel because they tell the guife and the guests the exact same thing so there are no unwanted surprises. We were never able to figure out how she was able to make the trip affordable; because the hotels activities the food nothing seemed like it was skimped. He only reason I am giving it four stars and satisfied because the emergency numbers didn't work they were disconnected, but my emergency was not an "emergency" . That is my only negative thing about working with South America Travel. I have use them again and I have recommended them for my friends and family.
