Working with Jon was great. He was very responsive to all our needs, questions and requests. He managed to fulfill almost everything on our wish list and was extremely knowledgeable about many details of specific areas of Patagonia. He put together a trip that we are excited about. But your contacts in Chile were not able to come up with the lowest airfares available and we booked our own internal flights.

The experience with South America Travel was great. Charlotte, our trip advisor was very knowledgeable, responsive and attentive. They coordinate with some local agencies for the tours and we had a little bit of friction with one of them. But nothing to ruin our trip. Thanks for a great service!

Our trip is still in the future, but so far has service been excellent. Izabela has been really patient with me when I first contacted her last fall. She has sent numerous initiarerys, because at first we simply didn't know what we wanted or what was even possible to do. Now all our flights are reserved and everything looks really good. Highly recommend SouthAmerica.travel, because some agencys just proposed their ordinary tours, we wanted to do our own things, and Izabela nailed it!!

Charlotte put a couple different itineraries together with different price ranges and let us pick what we wanted to see and do. From there she adjusted things for are budget. She was great to work with and very friendly.

The whole process to take my wife on our one-of-a-life vacation through South America has been great, highly recommended, Kudos for Charlotte.

received great advise and guidance from Marci. Real shame that she has decided to move before my holiday actually took place. Really hoping that the handover to my new agent will be seamless and without hitches.

We had a really special request regarding editing of the itinerary, but Jason could help us in everything very quick. Thank you for the flexibility and quickness! I would recommend SouthAmerica.travel to anyone, who would like to travel to South-America.
