Ordered mid-March and still not received. No contact from company. Don't order from this company...if it even is one. **Update**Message from the company "Sorry to keep you waiting. We checked the tracking information but there is no updates， your package may have been lost，so we can not receive the parcel neither. We are so sorry for what happened. In this case, we have one solutions for you: 1. If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee. "

If I could rate them with a big ZERO I would. Do not order anything from this company! They take your money and no product ever arrives! I ordered 2 hats in late March. By early May, after much back and forth with their “support team,” I realized the product would NEVER be delivered. This company insisted that the product had been delivered. They refuse to refund my purchase price and told me it was my responsibility to register a complaint with THEIR delivery service. UNBELIEVABLY BAD SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

Ordered 2 items on March 11th, 2025. Paid $9.99 for shipping, and as of April 30th my items have been "in transit" from St. Louis, MO since April 8th. My interactions from customer service have been generic responses, or informing me that canceling my order will result in the loss of my paid for shipping charges as well as the cost of the lost product. The losses should be on them as they chose the shipper.

Scammers. It’s been a month. I have written them several times. I have also opened a case with PayPal. Every time I write Soutfits they just send a fake looking tracking number. Don’t order from here.

One of the items I received, a long sleeve elbows up shirt, was defectively sewn at the neck so cannot be worn. The leggings were obscenely sheer. When I asked to return them they said shipping was expensive so offered me 6 USD to keep them. The items were made of poor quality materials. Not worth the money and poor customer service.

Never ever order from here. They state returns are accepted and they are offering me $7 on a $40 purchase saying it’s too expensive to return to China. It was mailed from a US address! DO NOT order from here.

The company shipped my item to the wrong address (even though the address was listed properly on my order), when I contacted them about it they claimed the item was shipped to the proper zip code, even if the street address was wrong, so they were no longer responsible. After multiple back and forth emails where I proved that my address was incorrect on the label THEY created, they still claimed to not be responsible and refused to refund me.

This company is located in China. I ordered a Gulf of Mexico hat that took over a month to arrive. The hat hardly resembles the ones on their website and is extremely small, not "one size fits all." Also, this company is ripping off the designs of a hat maker on Etsy! I've contacted him and he's grateful for the info. So, stay away from this SCAMMY operation, unless you don't mind wasting money.
