If I could give 0 stars I would. Complete scam. No where did it say that the product was coming from another country. Took over a month to get my order, when I got it, one shirt had a cut in the fabric. I ordered 2 shirts, same size, both are poor quality and they fit like 2 different sizes. I spent almost $50 on two lame shirts and their response was to give me $5 for my trouble with no return. DON'T ORDER from them.

Like most of the other posts, got scammed as well. I know I put in the correct address, and tracking showed it was headed to me. It’s been over a month since I ordered it, so I reached out to their customer service to see what happened to the order. They said it couldn’t be delivered because the address was invalid, so it went back to the supplier. No way this is true. Plus, they overcharged my credit card by $10 on top of already charging me shipping. They told me in order to ship it again they will need more money. I don’t think so. I called my credit card company to dispute it and so far my credit card company has credited me back. I’ve never been to a site that didn’t check addresses for validity if it had been entered as an invalid address, or overcharged my credit card. Scam for sure.

This company is awful! I ordered a women's medium, the shirt fits my husband that is 6'1". They insist I received what was ordered and I keep insisting there is no way this is a women's medium, unisex medium or men's medium maybe but it is most certainly NOT a women's medium. The first refund they offered was $4, then $6 and now they are up to $8. PLUS I ordered with paypal and they charged more than what it was supposed to be.

I don't know if Soutfits is a scam or not. But here's my experience. I wanted to order a National Parks sweatshirt in support of the Park Service. So a lot of Soutfits ads kept popping up on my screen. I was about to order 4 shirts through Soutfits when...on a hunch, I decided to check the Park Service 'shop' to see if their clothing items matched the ones on Soutfits. They did not! In fact the items on the Park Service had totally different styles to Soutfits which I find odd. So I decided on the strength of that not to order through Soutfits. Maybe I've saved myself a lot of trouble and heartache. Either way, if you get a chance to support the Park Service please do so especially in light of the fact their staff have been savagely cut.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They do not sell a product that matches the images they show on their site. When you ask for a refund, they REFUSE to provide a return address and after spending $65USD, they offer you $10USD instead. They are a sham company and scamming me out of a product and money. Their customer service is a joke as they keep stating the same rhetoric and refuse to do anything more than a pathetic attempt to shut you up. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

RIPOFF I placed an order today and when it went to my bank I was charged more than the bill you sent me. I also got an email from Paypal charging me 23% sales tax and the bill was for more than what you said it would be in your billing. I placed my order directly using my credit card and NOT Paypal. Please stop this order immediately and give me a refund! I will be reporting this to our attorney general and our consumer protection bureau! This is a ripoff!

Just like everyone else here, I got scammed. Five weeks later and nothing but bogus tracking numbers. Fortunately it was only about $32 so I'm writing it off as a lesson learned. I filed with Paypal but we all know how useless that experience is.

I just wanted to order, but thanks I looked first here! my feelings were right, first to check on this company!
