Ordered shirts in late March for Easter, they never came and the company has refused to refund the order. They claimed they were caught in customs, I was given two different tracking numbers, and then magically their system changed to show it delivered two weeks in the past. This place is a scam. I've opened a ticket with PayPal.

I had the same experience as Allen Mosley, including with PayPay. I didn't go through with purchase because my CC company flagged it. I cancelled PayPal. Their refund policy is a scam. All the seller has to do is claim they sent package wirh no proof, and PP will deny your request. Soutfit AND PayPal get 0 stars.

Do not order! Took a whole month to deliver because it came from China. Ordered the national parks hoodies, and the fabric was so so cheap feeling. Not cotton- some weird Polly blend that’s supposed to pass for dry fit. way over priced for what I received. So disappointed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I was scammed! My fault for being so dumb and not checking about this company before I order - I’m usually more careful. Order never delivered. They sent me a bogus tracking update saying it was delivered at 11:41am by USPS and I have informed delivery that says my mail was delivered at 3:32 pm that day. Also sent me a bogus tracking number that I confirmed with USPS. Also checked my Ring footage - no one delivered anything. Save yourself the trouble. Fraudulent company!!!

I made an order for $92 back on March 23,2025. Today is May 7, 2025 and I still haven't recieved my order. The tracking has been saying in transit to the next destination for weeks. I messaged the seller through PayPal and they messaged back a couple of days later saying to be patient that my package has reached my country to wait for the next update and that they urged the shipment to be expedited. The next time I go to look, it is updated saying that my package had been delivered in or by a mailbox on April 25, 2025, but then it said on April 26, 2025 that it was in transit to the next destination. I made a claim through PayPal, which they went in favor of the seller bc the delivery said it had been delivered to a mailbox. Well..... I never recieved anything. So not am I only upset with this seller, but now I am upset with PayPal and am considering canceling my account through them. I only use PayPal to secure payments for instances just like this, which I still lost out on nearly $100.. so beware of this seller and beware of purchasing through PayPal!

I got to the payment page and got very nervous. The site wouldn’t accept a US credit card - fortunately for me, then saw they could take an additional $200 for shipping etc. VERY, VERY DODGY!

I ordered 2 shirts over a month ago and still do not have them even though they say it was delivered. The items are still in transit according to the tracking service which is also a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPAMY . THIS IS A SCAM AND RIPOFF. REPORTING THIS WEBSITE.
