SoutfitsReviews of soutfits.com

Ordered a ANZAC shirt and Cap from Soutfits and there courier threw it over my fence instead of putting it in my mailbox. My dog then chewed through hat and shirt. Have the video of the courier delivering my parcel but Soutfits don’t want to replace. Tried the shirt on but a 3 XL is only like a Large and too tight but Soutfits won’t swap out. The whole company is a scam and cannot be trusted. They have offered me US 4 dollars but that’s less than a 10th of total price. DONOT BUY FROM SOUTFITS

The item I ordered was pictured as a sweater with very rich colors. The item I received was a cheap top with very bland colors. I tried to return it but they would only offer me 9$ and keep the item. It would have cost me. 40$ to return it. I only paid 44$ for it. It’s a scam. Do not buy from them.

Bought a sweater for my wife and had a terrible experience with this company. It took 53 days to finally get delivered from Hong Kong to Perth. No tracking was supplied until several emails back and forth with their support then half way through tracking disappeared. When it finally arrived it was nothing like what was shown on their sight. A very cheaply made garment with stitching visible just plain nasty and for the prices they charged I expected way more. Never buy anything from here unless you want heartache

Ordered a hat and t-shirt from this company back in May, said delivered in June to my mailbox and never was! Went round and round with them as well as PayPal and needless to say I'm out $50! Extremely pissed off! Do not buy anything from this company! The website says Texas and their stuff is coming from China!

Lousy return policy! Terrible communication! Threatening a high shipping cost if I returned their product - because they don’t take returns in the continental US. Offered me $7 reduction of $56 cost and I could keep the lousy tee shirts they sent.

The 2 products I ordered were of very poor quality. The fabric was uncomfortable to wear, the fabric design had what looked like dirt smudges, that were actually part of the design. It looks several weeks to arrive and I will never order from this company again. I just gave it to Goodwill.

Never received my package even though they claimed it was delivered on July 11th. Stay away from this company. I should have looked up the reviews before I ordered from the.

Never received my shipment. They went to a lot of trouble to pretend it was on it's way, then insisted I'd received it, even though the tracking number they provided showed it was delivered 2000 miles away. Do not use this company!
