I ordered two tshirts on March 25, and in May I was still checking the tracking code which said the package was bouncing around the US via the USPS. I checked back last week and the tracking code had been retroactively updated to say the item was delivered on April 27 to my home when it never was. I tried contesting the charge with PayPal and they denied the claim saying it was delivered. DO NOT ORDER from this company. It’s a complete scam.

Ordered t-shirt $31.98 on Mar 31, 2025. Kept looking at tracking & it never moved out of US Customs. Soutfits upon inquiring said it was held up because of Trump's tariff policy. Then I checked Tracking No. and it said it was "delivered on April 28th" to the building "mail room". My residence doesn't have a "mail room" and I didn't get the t-shirt. Outrageous. I've asked for a refund--Will follow up on another review when I get a reply. Well, USPS says the package was delivered on 4/28/25 but will not reveal what address they delivered it to? I guess I'll chalk this one up to "lesson learned"...looks like I'm back to Bezos-- I get my packages delivered on time and they immediately inform me the moment a delivery is at the door.

Zero stars if that were an option. My order was sent to a completely different name and address due to the vendor created label. The postmaster even verified this in writing. After over a month of back and forth with this vendor, I still have not been refunded despite furnishing them with all the proof needed. Buyer beware.

Soutfits heavily implied they were based in the U.S. I placed a large order on 4/19/25 and paid for air delivery. Days later, I received a tracking number only to find that the items were shipped from Italy, and the company’s physical address, neatly hidden at the bottom of the email, was in China. Today is 5/17/25 and still nothing. The tracking says it reached American customs on 5/6/25. Just don’t bother buying from them. If you decide ignore the warnings, know that you’ll end up waiting for weeks and weeks, the items are not made in America, and the company is impossible to contact. All of this before the package even arrives-there’s no telling what the quality will be. Update: 5/20/25 I emailed customer service for an update. They sent a different tracking number, but they don’t match. The first number says the package originated in Italy and is now somewhere near South Dakota (I live in GA), while the new number says the package was mailed from a warehouse in South China. Every entry after that just lists “in transit” without a location. $&@!.

I had to chase my order. 3 shirts and a baseball cap. Quality dreadful. Sizes at least 2 sizes too small. Drop-shipped from China (NOT FROM THE U.S). I was expecting decent size and quality from the States. Please note: These do NOT COME FROM THE USA, they come from CHINA. This is a CON.

No product delivered. Initial tracking number given shows delivery to Oregon when I live in Montana. When I reached out that I never received item, the magically had a new tracking number that stated delivery to my address. Reached out to PayPal for a refund.

Scam Company. Never received item ordered. Company claims to have delivered, but nothing received in 7 weeks. Reversing charges through my credit card. Strongly believe the 5 star reviews are fake. Notice most reviews are 1 star since there is not an option for no stars, which makes the 5 star reviews highly suspect. DO NOT ORDER FROM SOUTFITS.

Same story as others! No product received, no refund forthcoming! Two different FAKE tracking numbers were given. Both unrecognized by USPS. I finally DID get a useable USPS tracking number from 17. USPS printed out a copy of the label! Different name, different address! 17 says it’s not their fault. Soutfits will not respond…. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It’s a Chinese SCAM!!
