Contact was very responsive and helpful. They were willing to provide a dumpster as needed to empty a storage unit and leave the truck there while we emptied the unit. I did not like the charge of 2 weeks rental when I only used the dumpster for a couple of hours though. I thought there would be a reduced rate for a one day rental

Thank you for your review Tim. We try our best to find solutions to every situation a customer may have. The rentals days are complimentary, where the costs consists of travel, disposal, and recycling fees. We do charge rental extension fees for anything past the original rental period. We hope to serve you again soon and provide a more transparent experience next time.

The driver
The driver, John, who dropped off the container and also picked it up, was very friendly and helpful in the placement of the container on my driveway. I was also impressed at how punctual that he was both picking up and dropping off he was a pleasure to deal with, and I would definitely use your company again.

I called, they scheduled me immediately, it arrived, we filled it, I called again, they picked it up immediately. Everything you could ask for

I had no problems at all
I had no problems at all. There came when they said they would. They also picked up the dumpster when I asked them to. It Ran very smooth. Would use them again. Thank you

Very helpful in working around our small yard.
Very helpful in working around our tight schedule (as we live 12 hour away) for both drop off and pickup. Driver was very polite and respectful of property and worked with us to put the dumpster in the best place. No damage to property! Thank you!!
