Buyer beware
Buyer beware! I booked a dumpster rental through this company on a Thursday in preparation for a weekend project. I called ahead due to concerns about the slope of the driveway and the possibility that they would not be able to deliver the dumpster. They never mentioned the $195 trip fee that I would incur if the dumpster could not be delivered. I could also find nothing on their website regarding the above. They tout transparency and no hidden fees, but I beg to differ. When they tried to deliver the dumpster, they stated that they could not deliver it due to low hanging branches over my driveway. They also never communicated a window for delivery time, so no one was home at the time of the attempted delivery. They then called me and advised me that I would be charged a $195 trip fee for the failed delivery attempt. We tried to reschedule the delivery, but they did not have any availability until the following week. I understand paying something for their time and gas, but $195?? That is almost half the price of the 10 day dumpster rental. I ended up paying them $90 so that I could be done with them. We ended up booking a dumpster through Junkman Jon. They were able to deliver the dumpster the next morning and had no trouble with the delivery. Their prices were cheaper too!
