We had a minor issue with a dumpster
We had an issue with a dumpster, but Sourgum made it right by us immediately, and handled it in a very professional way! We have rented close to a dozen times with them, and our experience has been great! We have a regular driver, Barry, who knows exactly where to place our dumpster, and is always very professional with our staff. We couldn't be happier! Michael

Bait and switch
Bait and switch. Liars, liars, liars. I ordered a dumpster for household items and then they charged me more than double the price because it contained "non-construction" items. I will be contacting the BBB. I should have suspected it from the start because of their scummy-sounding sales guy. Trying a little too hard. I don't need a friend that then turns around and gouges me.

As we discussed today, we take full accountability for dispatching the incorrect container type, which led to the confusion surrounding the contamination charges. I truly hope the resolution we reached — including reconciling the payment to reflect only the actual materials you disposed of — felt fair given the circumstances and helped restore your trust and confidence in our standards. We have also escalated this matter internally and with our hauler partner to ensure corrective action is taken and that this does not happen again. Delivery time and pick up time is on…
Delivery time and pick up time is on point. Drivers are very polite and before taking departure, will ask me am I satisfied with the dumpster location before discharging. Excellent customer service.

I was able to get a receipt 2 months…
I was able to get a receipt 2 months after the fact. I really helped me to deal with my Aunts estate. Good communication with humans and a well designed web site ordering experience when ordering and then extending that order. The guy who dropped off the dumpster was polite and professional as well. Thanks!

Dumpster arrived on time w/friendly...
Dumpster arrived on time w/friendly driver. Dumpster was picked-up on agreed schedule. I was inadvertently charged 2 additional days and when I brought it to the attention of the billing department I was met with a curtious representative (Liz) and was refunded the fee without incident. Very professional and helpful staff. Thank you, David Fries
