Soundproof CowReviews of soundproofcow.com

I am very pleased with Soundproof Cow. Excellent purchasing and customer service personnel, who were quite knowledgeable and willing to help, and a great product!

Soundproof Cow has always been responsive to design & bid needs. They ship in an acceptable time frame & their products are excellent.

I'm sold on the service and products provided by the Soundproof Cow. Staff were attentive and immediate to every question i wanted an answer to as together we worked through the design, production and delivery of my order. An old friend of mine would often say when someone did a job well done - "Now they have got their bread and jam together."

Kellen and the guys at Soundproof Cow are wonderful to work with! They are professional and personal! Highly recommended!!

I ordered 5 sheets of sound proofing and timed it with the arrival of new mats and seat for my NPR truck. Received order Thursday, planning to do the project on the weekend. Needed 4.5 sheets so I ordered 5, however only 4 sheets came. I called and left message Thursday afternoon. I called again Friday stated my concerns, they asked if I could wait till Tuesday. I agreed to wait, two weeks have past still no product.

The product blocked the noises coming from the next door apartment. The customer service and professionalism was top notch!

This should say 3 1/2 stars. I enjoyed talking and working with Ryan. He was very considerate of my questions and my needs since we were working with an extended time period with our grant process. Ryan came through with every promise he extended down to the date of delivery. The problem was in the execution of the engineering. The experience we had this time trying to put our sound panels up was very difficult. We had to maneuver many things just to get the panels up so they looked nice. The quality control department was very quick to apologize and tried to work with us and that was very appreciated considering how far away we are from the plant. (many states away!) The amount of noise reduction in our areas is worth every struggle and all of the pain, but I will unfortunately have to think twice before using your services again because over 80 man hours to put up the 24 panels we received is far too much! I will need to be reassured of the quality that is for certain.

Excellent product worked really well. Better than expected used this product for the first time. Name of the product: Echo Absorber Bonded Acoustical. Thanks, Henk Soeterboek
