great service and fast response. thanks for everything. My customers are going to be thrilled

After some advice and reviews for products, I purchased a few rolls of the pipe wrap to help dampen/eliminate the sound of a radon removal pipe. The pipe is pvc with a fan that pulls air running up from the foundation to the roof. It's not loud just sort of annoying. The wrap did not help. Sort of an expensive experiment. I called the company to give a review and they were glad to get it and suggested I get a different product and could give me a discount if I wanted something else. The person I talked to was very nice so I gave three stars even though the product would get 0 for what I needed it for. I would not buy the pipe wrap if using on a radon mitigation system.

Great customer service! They went out of their way to allow me to pick up my order instead of requiring me to pay high shipping costs. They adjusted my order and provided a refund for the shipping costs very quickly. Also, on the day I picked up my order, they assisted with loading it into my car. The service was greatly appreciated.

Product as expected. Easy to work with material. I used it to build a small enclosure. Adhered the material to the inner walls with Liquid Nails. Worked like a charm.

I wasn't quite sure if the product was worth it & honestly considered trying some basic insulation to see if it would help. I'm glad I didn't. QUIET BATT™ 30 SOUNDPROOFING INSULATION worked great and was very easy to install. The shipping was also quick.

I would recommend this to friends

Wide variety of products, adequate inventory levels, quick shipping process and efficient website. However, I would like to see them apply more aggressive pricing.

The underlayment I bought was to mute sound under a tile flooring on the second floor of a condo. It performs extremely well and was easy to install.
